Your job

The Coordinator is the first point of contact for the temporary workers and work closely together with other departments as recruitment, planning and services at NL Jobs.
We employ workers from many European countries so you need to speak English and Romanian and/or Russian. Dutch language is a big plus.
You are involved in coordination and onboarding of employees on their first day at work, coaching and guidance, registering temporary employees, handing out work clothes, applying for BSN, doctor's visits and many other things. You are also in direct contact with our clients.

Your profile:

  • You have good command of the English, Romanian and/or Russian language. Dutch language is a plus;
  • You have an valid driver’s license B;
  • You are flexible and have strong commercial and organizational competences;
  • You are enthusiastic and have a strong personality;
  • Making people happy is why you wake up every day.
