The jobdescription
The Employee Services is the first point of contact for the temporary workers with regard to housing, transport, car changes and refueling. If necessary, he is also present during the arrival of new temporary workers at the NL Jobs office. The main task is to make and keep the temporary workers happy as well as the local residents.
What are your tasks?
- Checking our housing before a new temporary worker starts using the housing
- Guiding and transporting temporary workers to housing, municipality, bank, general practitioner, dentist, hospital, etc.
- Making appointments for dentist and general practitioner
- Checking housing (at least 1 x per 2 weeks) for safety, hygiene, defects and general appearance in accordance with SNF standards and making a report
- Keep in touch with temporary workers (to keep a good relationship) and, if necessary, address their behavior if they do not follow the house rules
- Keep in touch with local residents (to keep a good relationship), regularly check whether everything is going satisfactorily. Participate in neighborhood prevention.
- Informing relevant parties about removals (on Friday)
- Assists where necessary with the arrival of new temporary workers in the Netherlands (including weekends)
- Guiding car changes
- Guiding refueling, visually checking the car, receiving mileage lists and administrative processing
- Checking sickness reports in housing (in exceptional cases).
- Manage emergency telephone (accept sick reports, transport problems / other calamities and communicate to parties involved)
- Taking care of the occasional transport of temporary workers (for example, picking up a sick temporary worker or reintegrating temporary worker)
- Guiding temporary workers in emergencies and intervening in conflicts between temporary workers and/or local residents.
- Simple technical work in the housing, such as replacing lamps or batteries
- Reporting damage and technical defects of housing at the real estate department according to the reporting procedure with copy to Manager Services
- Acts in accordance with the NL Jobs business rules and ensures that these are known to the temporary workers
- Distribution of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) if relevant
- Distribution and registration of keys and/or tags
- Take up meter readings in housing every 2 weeks
- Daily reporting of activities
Our ideal candidate……
- Minimum MBO working and thinking level
- In possession of driving license B.
- You speak Russian or Romanian, in addition to English. Polish is a pre
