Support team employee - Romanian speaking

NL Jobs is an international company with a large number of clients in the Netherlands. We mediate for migrant workers from all over Europe for positions at companies in horticulture, packaging and logistics. For the  strengthening of our Support Team, we are looking for a colleague for our office in Maasdijk



Tasks and responsibilities

  • You have daily contact with our external employees via telephone, e-mail, the plan4flex chat. You approach our external employees in a customer-friendly and customer-oriented manner;
  • Recording all contact moments;
  • Processing changes, leave requests and salary components in personal files;
  • You are responsible for preparing and providing the documents to external employees, such as: employer's statement, annual statement, insurance policies, etc.;
  • Daily contact with your colleagues from the Support Team and other departments at home and abroad and actively works on solving problems and answering questions from external employees;
  • Conducting outgoing calls, related to appointments for RNI/GBA, ad hoc schedule changes, etc.;
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors at the office;
  • Inventory management of printer paper, coffee, tea and soft drinks
  • Sort and distribute incoming post;
  • Taking care of outgoing post (franking and shipping)
  • Managing the answering machine, recording texts for the answering machine at different opening times or when the office is closed. You inform our customers, colleagues and temporary workers about the changed opening hours
  • Reserving and managing the meeting rooms at the office;
  • You report to the Manager of the support team


  • You are available for 40 hours a week;
  • You speak Romanian fluently and you are at least advanced in the English and/or Dutch language in word and writing;
  • Speaking the Russian language is a big plus;
  • You have good communication skills and you like to come into contact with people;
  • Minimum MBO work and thinking level;
  • You are flexible, proactive, positive working attitude and are able to think in solutions;
  • You can perform well under pressure and have a healthy dose of perseverance;
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Knowledge of the ABU collective labor agreement is desirable;
  • Knowledge of the Plan4Flex planning program is an advantage;
  • You have your own transport.
