Core of the function

You will be actively involved in supporting and guiding our employees in all aspects of their daily life. This includes arranging transport, organizing relocations, and accompanying employees to important appointments.

You are present during arrivals, give new employees a warm welcome (including weekly welcome moments at our client), and help them settle in quickly.

Additionally, you take part in the on-call service (alarm phone rotation, where you are available to respond to urgent situations.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Transporting employees and guiding them to key locations
• Organizing relocations and onboarding new employees
• Scheduling and guiding healthcare appointments
• Maintaining positive relationships with employees and local residents
• Participating in on-call service / alarm phone rotation
• Distributing PPE

Job requirements

• You enjoy working with people and taking responsibility
• MBO working and thinking level
• A valid driver’s license (Category B)
• English or Dutch is required, combined with at least one of the following languages: Romanian, Polish, or Russian
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Flexibility and a hands-on attitude
• Problem-solving ability and resilience
