What makes NL Jobs unique?

NL Jobs has over 23 years of experience in the staffing industry. The company was founded in 2002 by four of the Netherlands' largest tomato growers.  The owners of Agro Care, CombiVliet, Lans en Looye Kwekers are also the owners of NL Jobs. In addition, these companies are also the largest clients of NL Jobs. Every day more than 3,000 satisfied employees are at work through our agency. Besides greenhouse work (horticulture), we also mediate employees in the agriculture, production, logistics and technology branches.

Labor in the Netherlands is becoming increasingly expensive, and the supply of flex workers is decreasing. There is more demand for executive positions, so labor migration has increased. However, these employees are not always treated fairly and moreover, a wrong image about labor migrants has been created. While in the Netherlands, we are in great need of them.

We believe that a good, honesty and transparency should be the norm in  the temporary employment industry. Our goal? Delivering great work for everyone. An honest job for employees, sustainable growth for employers and a balanced environment for local residents. Together with the employee, client, colleague, industry association and environment, we make our industry a little better every day.

GREAT PLACE TO WORK

NL Jobs offers year-round challenging jobs in the Netherlands. By collaborating with various large companies, we can offer many people an offer that suits them. In many positions work experience is nice to have, but not a requirement. Speaking Dutch and/or English is also not required for most positions. The most important characteristics of a good candidate are:

The lion symbolizes strength and protection. And, of course, the Netherlands. By linking the lion to our brand, we have an internationally strong logo that makes our heritage immediately clear.
